Acceptance
By installing or using SMS Forwarder you agree to these terms. It is provided free of charge by ShuttleLab for personal use.
Personal use
SMS Forwarder is intended for forwarding your own SMS on devices you control, to destinations you own. Do not use it to intercept or forward messages you are not authorized to access.
Self-hosting & responsibility
You are responsible for the backend you connect the app to (whether your own instance or a shared one), for complying with local laws on SMS and messaging, and for the security of your account and server.
Disclaimer of warranties
SMS Forwarder is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Delivery is best-effort and may be delayed or fail; do not rely on it for safety- or security-critical messages.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuttleLab is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SMS Forwarder — including any missed or delayed message.
